Job Title:Â Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide essential treatment and support to children and adults experiencing difficulties with communication, feeding, and swallowing. Your role will involve conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with families and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive, holistic approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans for patients with communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Meet productivity expectations by conducting 55 patient visits per week, with sessions ranging from 30 to 45 minutes, ensuring that 75% of your workweek involves direct patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- At least 1 year of experience in providing speech therapy.
- Valid California license (or application in process).
- Proficiency in computer skills.
